Course Description
Global Citizenship Education (GCE) prepares learners to understand today’s interconnected world and actively contribute to sustainable development, social justice, peace, and environmental responsibility. This course explores the principles of GCE, UNESCO’s educational framework, and the Sustainable Development Goals, highlighting the importance of critical thinking, empathy, collaboration, and civic engagement.
Through active learning and reflective practices, participants will discover how local actions can create global impact while developing the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed to become responsible and engaged global citizens.
